Our property offers a rare luxury: a private garden that opens directly onto the fine white sands of Los Olivos Beach. Your Private Sanctuary (The Main House)

This accommodation corresponds to the main heart of the villa: a completely independent retreat where you will enjoy full autonomy and privacy. The crown jewels of this space are its two expansive, exclusive terraces with panoramic sea views, designed for experiencing the Mediterranean in absolute intimacy.

Additionally, the property features two independent studios with separate entrances. We, your hosts, reside in one of them, which allows us to offer you immediate support should any questions or issues arise. This ensures your stay is perfect while we fully respect your privacy at all times.

The Living  Room & Soul of the House 

The heart of the house is designed for connection and relaxation:

• The Lounge: A cozy, iconic space featuring a 100% functional fireplace for coastal winter stays, a 65" Smart TV, and a professional surround sound system.
  • Note: We provide a complimentary starter kit of firewood; more can be arranged upon request.
• Chef’s Kitchen: Fully equipped with all essentials and a large dining table that comfortably seats 10 for long Mediterranean lunches.
• Beachfront Living: The villa features two exclusive terraces, each designed to capture a different mood of the Mediterranean day:
  
  • The Upper Terrace: An intimate, elevated sanctuary perfect for sunbathing and relaxing in total privacy while gazing at the panoramic views of the Cullera Bay.
  • The Ground Floor Terrace: The "outdoor heart" of the home, ideal for social connection. This is the perfect spot to start your morning with tea or coffee to the sound of the waves, or to enjoy long, unforgettable meals with friends and family in a refreshing, beachfront setting.

Sleeping Quarters (5 Bedrooms)

Designed for rest and climate-controlled comfort:

• Climate Control: For your absolute comfort, all bedrooms are equipped with both Air Conditioning (AC) and ceiling fans, allowing every guest to choose their preferred temperature.
• Upper Floor:
  • 2 Sea-view doubles (one with direct access to the large upper terrace).
  • 2 Versatile twin rooms (beds can be joined upon request).
  • 1 full bathroom
• Ground Floor:
  • 1 Double bedroom with magnificent beach views—ideal for elderly guests or those with limited mobility.
  • 1 full bathroom

Shared Exterior Areas & Amenities

While the Main House and its two terraces are 100% private, the villa property features three beautifully maintained shared zones:

1. Lush Lawn Garden: A refreshing green space with front-row seats to the Mediterranean, shared with the two independent studios.
2. The BBQ Terrace: A dedicated space for outdoor cooking, available for your use (please coordinate with us for scheduling).
3. Secure Private Parking: You will have 3 dedicated, fixed spaces reserved exclusively for you inside the gated property.

House Rules & Harmony

To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of this residential area, we do not allow parties, loud music, or external visitors. Villa Samá is best suited for families and groups looking for a refined, quiet coastal getaway.
